Gizmo’s mom is very appreciative for all the advice, info and support. She is reading up on everything then going to try the vet again. She will update. Thank you all so much for being a great group of people. Mommy told Gizmo’s mom that she new some people that could give some help and the blogosphere never fails.
Isn’t she pretty. Her humans are friends with my human and they are having a problem. We are asking for help and suggestions as the vet is mentioning putting her to sleep. Mom is going to post what Gizmo’s mom wrote and any advice would be helpful . Mom also posted this to FB and you can ask question and we will get answers. Thanks in advance…
gizmo is going to be 2 nov 24th n the last 3-4 wks she has been having these weird episodes. one min she is a loving cuddling kitty then… PYSCHO KITTY!!! purring rubbing n mushing then HISSING SCREAMING PEEING N POOPING AT THE SAME TIME CHASING N TRYING TO ATTACK OUT OF NO WHERE!!! this past friday she got her rabies shot ear mite meds in her ears then home… then she freaked when we got in n we had to go back to the vet for tranquilzers same day. then 3 days later she did it again. so when she pooped that time she had stuff moving in her poop. so back to vet for dewormer. she took that no problem. but still freaked out afta. i am HORRIFIED of my own cat!!! it is very scary karen. she chased us right out of the house. she has been in a room by herself for 2 days. today we let her out while we are gone for the day. we have done everything the vet said to do. we even called an animal specialist… thats $90 for an hour for her to come to the house for what idk… the vet asked about a distemper shot if she had one but idk? what is it n what will it do? we were told by the daycan animal shelter that they won’t take her but thier off in springfield will… to put her down… =’( we don’t want to but we don’t know what else to do… john deffinetly DOESN’T want to!!! he freaked n walked away after i told him what they said. = ( if you can plz help we will be so greatful!!!

Just wanted everyone to know we should be good during the hurricane. we will have mom update. we live in Peabody MA (01960). But mom and dad brought us to grammies in quincy ( 02170). They brought us here for 2 reason. A is they are going away on labor day for the week for the honeymoon/ 1 year anniversary. but B the most important reason. Grammies building is older and has seen many a storm and a few hr=hurricanes. And being a building for old people they are good about the power etc… Our home is a condo, the building is 6 years old and have never seen a storm with these types of winds before. Also the guy who made it was a tad shaddy. So Being we are on the top floor ( 4th story). Mom and dad decided they are going to try and wait it out but if they have to leave it would be easier if we were already safe. They are very prepared and have the cloths bag and the valuables bag buy the door as well as both cars are fueled because if they leave they are taking both SUV’s. We know what floods in our area so our building is fine from flooding but not sure what the winds will do. Lets hope the track changes and that mom and dad can have a uneventful day drinking beer 
Although they mention something about trying to get us a sibling. we hope they do not go to the shelter without us around to break them in. We will be back with a update. But we are hoping for the best. We hope all the kitties and humans in the path are safe…
So this weekend we had to go to the VET. Well Samba was not liking the PTU . He gets car sick on long rides and yells alot. So I had to listen to him wine for the five minutes to the vet. They he hid in a corner on the counter and thought no one could see him. He is 20# he does not hide well. I am 9#. The vet said I am so perfect I will live till I am 50. And also I am so clean he asked if I was bathed. Samba needs to loose about 5#. But the vet said he had a perfect round face. We both looked great. So we are good for another year. Mom tried a new litter and it failed. Samba has had litter issues, so mom tired to slowly change the litter. When she got back from diving dad to the airport this morning ( he had to be there by 5 am) She found poop on the floor. So she ran out and bought our old litter, a new litter box and moped all the floors. Samba is hiding cause he is scared mom will yell. Mom feels bad for him because he has had no issues since going to a bigger box and should have known not to mess with anything.
We are going to grammies in a few weeks. Mom and Dad are driving to Dc for a week . Samba is not happy about the PTU time. But mom has the sedative ready for the ride. It really helps him relax and not get car sick. She feels bad when he got car sick.
Oh we are still working on the new blog. We have ideas but Dad is on work travel so it will have to wait. We want a header with pictures of us that change and some paw prints background. And all sorts of cool stuff.

I forgot to tell you about the trama a few weeks ago. On June 1st mom and dad were surfing and heard about a Tornado. A bad tornado that landed in Western MA . In the begining the track looked like it was heading our way. All of a sudden I hear the PTU’s come out. Pixel goes in hers and waits for te door to close, then goes in mine waiting for the door to close. She is weird like that. I start to try and hide under the cat tree. Mom and dad pack up valuables and put stiff by the door dor emergency then they drug me. I know was in trouble, they only drug me to go into the ptu. I work myself up so much I start yacking everywhere in the ptu . They put my oops Pixels hairy blanket in it to relax me if I needed to go in it. And they closed all the doors so I could not hide under the bed. They even had toy/ temptations and water ready to go. Well we got lucky. The storm track changed and all we got was a light show of lightning. But I was drugged!!! I could not walk strait and I do not care that I got wet food,. people food and temptations the next day it was rude. I will say the devastation was very scary and our thoughts are still with those in the monson MA area. MA is used to 6 ft of snow, we can handle that not a tornado.
We are going to the vet this weekend for our shots and stuff and then to get more drugs for me. I can handle short trips in the car and the vet is a mile away. anything over 10 min and i get sick, SO we are going to grammies in July. She always gives me wet food. she gives us whatever we want. We always come back heavier she spoils us She is our car sitter and we have free run of the house
In other news mom is trying to make recycled cat toys. And there are lots of beta’s that we get to play with. She thinks she knows what she wants to make more of. She is trying to earn so green papers cause she is out of work. She was laid off last Aug. a month before the wedding. So job hunting is tough and she it trying this to keep buzy. We will see how it goes.

I have the bestest boyfriend cat ever! It is one of Peggy Hairy blankets and those are so nice. I even share with my brother.
Also today I found I got the caption contest right at mousebreath and won Temptations. We love reading mousebreath do you?
I will close with lots of photos of the birthday gifts. And we are trying to get mom to post more. She is unemployed she should do nothing but what we want. Mom also asked us to link to dads blog. It is tech stuff !!
Everyone come over let have a party. Mommy will make all the noms, Hams, and streak and chickens and shrimps and lobsters and anything else you want you tell her she will get it all. WE are on the third floor on the condo so mom said not THOE until daylight. SHe brought out extra littler and there are extra water fountains and then put together a niptini fountain too. The is fresh cold cream in the frige too. Please come over and play. We have lots of toys and feather wants and catnip temptations. Please come and have fun. We have hammocks and beds and the human bed and windows.

This is how we spent Sunday. Enjoying the open windows. You can see the size difference in us here. As Samba is 18lbs and I am 9lbs . We get fed the same. Mom says Samba is ” full figured”
My birthday is coming up too. I have to make a list. A small one though for mom. She is still unemployed and has limited green papers. So I am looking for under $10. suggestions. I have lots of temptations here, I do not like wet food. And good new toy?
