Help!
WE have a problem here. One us us is Poping in the Bathroom sink at night while the beans sleep.
No Mom changed our food or firday and it started Friday night so she is going to change it back today and hope that was the problem but she is not sure. We have been using the breeze bbox now for over a month with no problems and when mom say the mess yesterday she said hmm. I did need to swap out the litter( the box was clean) It has been two weeks so maybe that was it. While she was at it she scrubbed the whole box clean too. SO last night it was very clean . She scooped it before she went to bed and when she got up to use the litterbox room there was another suprize waiting. Now how does she figure out who? And she is trying to figure out why? We are hoping it is the food but if it is not we need help and ideas.

Any change in a our environment can cause us to get anxious and start the inappropriate pooping. It could very well be the change of food that caused it, along with the litter box being a bit niffy. Has anything else changed in your home? Some air fresheners can upset us too, have you got new ones in your home? Maybe you and Samba have changed how you get along together? Did you have any really rough play sessions that got a bit boisterous? Did you have any noisy visitors or work being done ? George Online Cat would be a good one to ask about this, he’s very wise and can explain cat behaviour to humans. Good luck!
I really hope that it’s the food and that going back to your regular food fixes the problem.
Have you been checked out by the vet? Again, has anything else in the house changed? Did someone get attacked while in the litter box?
Hmm, this is very mysterious. We need more clues. Was the poops normal or really hard? If there is some constipation going on, maybe the sink feels soothing.
Hello, Pretty Pixel.
I just posted my first video and dedicated it to you.
Thank you so much for all the beautiful presents you sent.
I can’t remember when we got them, but Mommy ML put some of the toys — there were so many — back in the envelope for us to play with later. We found them during Hurricane Ike and had so much fun. We were playing with them — and the nip — when I did the “routine” on my video.
Love and Purrs,
Smokey
My friend Bo Diddley was doing the same thing. His humans tried everything but the only thing that worked was Prozac.
The problem is once a cat gets the idea something is good then it’s hard to get a cat to rectify that thinking. Especially if the drain hole smells like a good place to do your business. FAZ
